PPHS Coach Chelsea Foster is selected for the 2025 Teacher & Librarian Scholarship

We’re proud to celebrate Coach Chelsea Foster of PPHS, who was awarded a Teacher & Librarian Scholarship, recognizing her inspiring work supporting literacy and critical thinking. Chelsea is among only 14 educators nationwide selected to attend the 42nd annual Seminar, where she’ll connect with a vibrant literary community and bring new insights back to our students.
