What Do PPHS Coaches Actually Do?

Here’s what your day might look like:

  • Start with your Advisory group — checking in, building trust, setting goals

  • Lead a passion project — designing a video game, planting a garden, building a business plan

  • Guide a math or ELA class through real-world problem-solving

  • Coach a student presentation or prep for a community showcase

Yes, you’ll still assign grades and meet standards, but you’ll do it in ways that feel relevant, authentic, and connected to real life.
