About Us
We’re Reinventing What High School Can Be
Too many high school students feel bored, lost, or unsure of what comes next.
At Purdue Polytechnic High School, we believe students deserve something better, a high school experience that helps them grow, find direction, and feel excited about their future.
We don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” education.
We believe in real work, real relationships, and real-world purpose.
If you want a school where your student will be seen, challenged, supported, and excited about what they’re learning…
You’ve found it.
Our Learning Model:
Built for How Students Learn Best
We designed PPHS from the ground up to reflect how learning actually works with a few guiding principles.
Students remember more when they do something hands-on
Students try harder when the work feels real and matters to them.
Students grow faster when people believe in them, and their teachers know them by name.
So that’s exactly what we do.
We teach through hands-on projects, not just worksheets or lectures.
We give students a voice & choice in how they learn and how they demonstrate that learning.
We coach, not just teach. Every student has a trusted adult who checks in, guides and encourages them.
Our model helps students build confidence, think critically and feel proud of everything they’ve accomplished.

Every Student.
Every Background.
Every Dream.
Purdue Polytechnic High School serves students from all walks of life across four campuses in Indiana.
Some students arrive with strong grades. Others are still building confidence. Some know exactly what they want to do. Others are discovering their interests along the way.
Wherever they begin, we meet them there, with a focus on growth, opportunity, and support every step of the way.
We don’t expect perfection.
We expect effort.
And we make sure students have the tools, guidance, and encouragement to keep moving forward.
What Comes Next
We’re Not Just Getting Kids to Graduation. We’re a Launchpad for Their Future.
Yes, we prepare students for college. In fact, students who finish our program can earn a place at Purdue University. But we also prepare them for much more than that.
We help students:
Learn how to manage their time and set goals
Talk to adults and present their ideas
Work in teams and handle feedback
Try new things and bounce back from failure.
These are habits that we know help young people not just get into college or a rewarding career, but to succeed when they get there.
